We ship everything via USPS or UPS, from 499 Westport Ave, Norwalk CT 06851 to the continental U.S. (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. protectorates). Orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours. If an item is on back order or out of stock you will be notified via email or phone. Some orders maybe subjected to signature required upon our discretion. We do not take orders over the phone. All orders should be placed through or website or emailed invoiced through our website.

Signature Required: Select orders and all orders over $99 are shipped Signature Required (where a recipient has to be present to sign for the package). If the recipient isn't present to sign for the package and USPS or UPS leaves a notice it is the recipient's reasonability to contact their local USPS or UPS and schedule a redelivery to when they know someone will be present to sign for the package. 

Available to purchase in-store only items: These items are only available to purchase in-store. Some exceptions may apply. Those that do will be charged for shipping cost and we do not offer returns on those items. 

 

Next Day Shipping: If customer pays for next day shipping the item will be processed and ship next business day (if order if placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday the package will go out Monday), but once the item leaves our felicity we are not responsible for any shipping delays on USPS' or UPS' end or if the package doesn't arrive the next day. If the order for Next Day Air goes out Friday, "Next Day" (delivery day) would be the next business day i.e. Monday or Tuesday.

Second Day or Expedited Shipping: If customer pays for second day or expedited shipping the item will be processed and ship asap, but once the item leaves our felicity we are not responsible for any shipping delays on USPS' or UPS' end or if the package doesn't arrive the within the expected deliver time frame.

Shipping During Holiday's: Due to higher shipping volumes orders placed during the Christmas/Hanukkah Holiday Season, packages may get delayed in transit by UPS and USPS. We advise during the holiday season to purchase items early to give them extra time to arrive.  

International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping. 

Shipping To Package Forwarding Companies:

We do not ship to any freight/package forwarding companies or via pickup by a courier company (where a customer outside of the USA purchases a product using a freight forwarding service or hand-carrying service to to have the product ship internationally). If an order is placed on our website that is going to a freight/package forwarding company that order will get cancelled. This goes for all orders placed on our website, Amazon or eBay.

Returns:

Our return policy is that the product can be return back to us up to 30 days from purchase date on all online orders, in-store orders product can be return back to us up to 14 days from purchase date. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges back to us and product must be unused, new with tags to receive full refund. All orders returned outside the return period are subjected to a 20% and up re-stocking fee. We have to right to decline any return request that is past the 14 days from purchased in store and 30 days from purchased online. We do not except any returns on used/slightly-used products/demo bats that we sell.

All warranties must be handle through the manufacture. We do not accept returns on broken wood bats. Only certain manufactures offer a warranty on their woods bats. All wood bats are susceptible to break due to miss-hits either off of the end of the bat, or towards the label. Every time contact is made with a ball, there is the possibility of breaking the bat.

Made to order items: We do not except returns or exchanges on made to order items i.e. Custom gloves, uniforms, apparel or any custom made item. 

Damaged or Lost Packages:

Once the item leaves our facility we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or delayed packages. 

*Some times packages may get delayed in transit by USPS do weather conditions, holidays or by unforeseen circumstances.

Trade-ins: We do not offer any trades or trade-ins for used, new or any goods purchased through us or elsewhere nor do we purchase items from customers.
