The October 2026 A2000® 1720SS, features Orange Cobweb SuperSnakeSkin™ and Black and Orange Pro Stock® leather. This 11.50" infield glove features Orange Dual Welting, Orange Rolled Binding, Comfort Pro Fit, and a deeper pocket to secure the ball.
A2000® 1720SS is an 11.5” glove for infielders looking to bring a new look to the dirt. A cousin to the infield staple 1786, the 1720 was created to bring a modern look to the dirt. The 11.5” length is preferred by infielders for its mobility when reading and reacting to the ball. The H-Web and shallow pocket serve to keep the ball readily available for fast transfers to the throwing hand, helping you turn two and erase runners at first. Our trademark Dual Welting™ helps maintain ideal shape throughout the life of the glove.
The 1720 pattern’s most recognizable feature is its continuous back finger panel. On this A2000®, that space is occupied by a Orange Cobweb SuperSnakeSkin™ that keeps the glove feeling light on the hand. The Orange Cobwebs are flanked by Black and Orange Pro Stock® leather that also graces the palm, delivering premium performance and feel that only improves with time. Bold Outlined Orange and Yellow logos and Black laces complete a design.
-
SuperSnakeSkin™: SuperSnakeSkin™ is a microfiber material that’s half the weight of Pro Stock Leather, but twice as durable - in an all-new textured design. Its moisture-resistance extends the longevity of the glove, and is easier to clean than traditional leather.
- Double Palm Construction A thin, perfectly shaped piece of leather placed between the palm liner and the outer shell enhances pocket stability. It also reduces the wrinkles in the palm of your glove, reducing the rebound on balls that hit your glove and providing a longer-lasting shape.
- Rolled Dual Welting Dual Welting in Wilson gloves goes beyond a mere cosmetic effect, as it’s integrated into the liner of each infield, outfield and pitcher's model, offering better support and helping your glove hold its shape better over time.
- DriLex Wrist Lining Keeps your hand dry and comfortable on the field and behind the dish
-
Bold Logos Bold logos strip away the distractions, allowing outlined, eye-catching Wilson logos to announce a new era in the iconic story of Wilson Ball Gloves.
